Summer Supporters

Welcome to the WYPR Membership Blog!  We’re very excited in the Membership Department to announce our first ever Summer Supporters Campaign.

Historically, the summer months have always seen reduced revenue.  This season, the recession has brought the summer revenue to levels below what is needed.

However, even as other revenue sources have been affected, WYPR members have been more generous than ever.  We hope you will consider joining our campaign and become a Summer Supporter today!

To celebrate the summer season, this month we will be holding a contest on the WYPR Membership Blog that we call, “Complete The Sentence.” Each week in July there will be a new “Complete the Sentence” thread on this blog.

The idea is simple:  WYPR will post a partial sentence, and you finish it with something creative, witty, sincere, fun, hysterical or something no one was expecting (nothing scandalous please.) Anyone can contribute, and at the end of each week,  listeners will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite “Complete The Sentence” finishers.

WYPR never takes time off from providing the news and information you listen to every day.  Become a Summer Supporter today!
